We offer a wide range of programs for youth and adult players from beginning to competitive levels. Our coaches are dedicated to providing you or your child with the very best level of training through programs that challenge and stimulate.


Please note: our programs will operate for 30 weeks, with the exception of weekend classes, which have fewer sessions due to their longer time. Classes will start the week of September 9, 2024, and will be held through May 2025.

*Program fees are refundable with two (2) weeks' notice


School-Year Program Tier Descriptions

Tier 5: Competing 
- Provincially competitive players
- Focusing on developing the style of the athlete and mastering the shots and footwork
- By Invitation only

Tier 4: Refining 
- School competitive players
- Focusing on refining technique and building consistency

Tier 3: Performing
- For not yet competitive players focusing on performing proper clears, drops, net shots, lifts, smashes, drives, and the 6-corner footwork 

Tier 2: Learning 
- For learning players to learn all of the shots with proper grip and how to cover the court  

Tier 1: Fundamentals
- Kindergarten to Grade 2 
- Grips, shuffling, running, jumping, throwing, footwork introduction, sportsmanship, building coordination, learning the rules, basic shots 


Tier 1

Schedule (starting September 9, 2024): 

Mondays 3:15 - 4:00PM

Wednesdays 3:15 - 4:00PM

Cost:

$375 for 1 practice per week

$700 for 2 practices per week


Tier 2/3

Schedule (starting September 9, 2024):

Mondays 4:00 - 5:30PM

Tuesdays 5:30 - 7:00PM (Teens Only)

Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:30PM

Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00PM

Fridays 3:30 - 5:00PM

Fridays 5:00 - 6:30PM (Tier 3 Only)

Saturdays 12:30 - 2:00PM

Sundays 12:30 - 2:00PM

Cost:

$700 for 1 practice per week

$1,350 for 2 practices per week

$2,000 for 3 practices per week

$2,500 for 4 practices per week


Tier 4

$2,400 for 2 practices per week

Tuesdays 7:00 - 9:30PM

Cost:

$1,650 for 1 practice per week

$3,000 for 2 practices per week

$4,300 for 3 practices per week
